Personal Statement

Understanding how I can meet the needs of my clients is my number-one concern, whether those are patients, caregivers or executives. I am a compassionate and empathetic individual who is dedicated to improving the lives of those in my local and global community. I am an excellent communicator and value working in interdisciplinary teams to achieve goals. As part of the 4LA3 GRH family I will continue to share my passion, care and expertise to better our society.

Professional Experience

Human Resources Administrator - Baycrest Health Sciences, Toronto, ON

I was accountable for all HR generalist support duties for a union of over 150 employees representing 60,000 frontline healthcare workers. Through my experiences at Baycrest , I was able to individually develop and execute the onboarding process and full 360 recruitment, but not limited to other HR tasks such as advising management and employees on any concerns of their employment, tracking performance evaluation, administering benefits, handling harassment complaints, and other demands needed from HR. I also worked closely with the Senior HR Generalist to strategically plan for organization events to develop a stronger working culture.

General Patient Administrator - University Health Network, Toronto, ON

I was responsible for engaging directly with patients and their caregivers to understand their needs to connect them resources (i.e. spirituality, gift shop, medical suppliers, etc.) to improve their experiences in the healthcare system. I also was accountable for developing and managing web content for the UHN’s website available to patients, caregivers, staff, faculty, students, and the general public.

Customer Service Representative - University Health Network, Toronto, ON

I processed complex documentation efficiently at a fast speed while identifying opportunities for patients and caregivers to ultimately improve their current and future health goals. I made deep connections with clients, co-workers and management to continue growth both within the organization and individually.

Community Involvement

Assistant Lunch Club Coach - Real Food For Real Kids, Toronto, ON

In this incredibly rewarding role as an Assistant Lunch Club Coach, I was accountable for serving healthy lunch options to elementary school children during their lunchtime, acting as a role model in life to many of the children, brightening their days, and encouraging healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle to all of them.

Gift Shop Representative - Royal Ontario Museum (ROM), Toronto, ON

I assisted in explaining the connection between merchandise and current exhibits while maintaining the shop’s standards of cleanliness and a beautiful aesthetic. I was responsible for handling cash transactions with efficiency and care.
